Our gas and wood-fired models reach pizza-ready temperatures in just a few minutes. Most users are ready to bake in under 15 minutes and can get started right away.

How hot does the oven get?

All Burngiorno ovens reach true Neapolitan temperatures of 350-430°C – perfect for fast, crispy, and airy pizzas.

How does the rotating pizza stone work?

An integrated motor continuously rotates the stone, ensuring evenly baked pizza – with no need for manual turning. The motor is powered by 4 x AA batteries (not included). Insert batteries, start the pizza, and let the oven do the work.

Is the oven suitable for the balcony?

Yes, our gas models are suitable for balconies. Always ensure good ventilation and adhere to local regulations.

Does the oven need to be assembled?

No. All Burngiorno ovens arrive fully assembled. Unpack, plug it in, and start baking – true plug-and-play performance.

Does the oven need maintenance?

Minimal. For gas models, keep the burners clean, and for wood stoves, remove the ash after use.

How do I clean the pizza stone?

Allow the oven to naturally heat up to burn off any residues. The pizza stone can be easily removed for cleaning. Do not use dish soap – simply brush off ash or residues once it has cooled.

How hot does the outside get?

Hot – like any high-temperature oven. Always handle with care and allow to cool completely before moving. Treat it like a gas grill.

Can the oven be used indoors?

Absolutely not! Burngiorno ovens are designed exclusively for outdoor use – there is a risk of carbon monoxide poisoning in enclosed spaces.
